A One Pack For Monday

There's only one game worth watching tonight, but it's a big one:

Georgetown at Notre Dame
The Hoyas followed up their road win over UConn by losing at home to Pitt (no shame in that) over the weekend. Their brutal Big East schedule continues tonight on the road against the Irish, who have some explaining to do after losing at St. John's on Saturday (look ahead much?). Kyle McAlarney, who shot 4-of-12 from the field in ND's loss to the Red Storm, needs to bounce back in a hurry if the Irish are going to conquer Georgetown's stingy zone defense (something UConn couldn't do). Outside shooting is a good way to beat the zone, and there's no better shooting team in the Big East than the Irish. This one will be a close, but in the end, expect ND to get back on track and run the nation's new longest home winning streak to 44.

Also receiving votes: Western Kentucky at Mississippi
